The Profils-QUID^® software program provides a set of tools that carry out personality tests to analyze interest, motivation and aspirations in a calm situation and under stress.

Profils-QUID^® Personality is an aid to getting to know, understanding and predicting an employee’s conduct in the work place. It analyzes his basic temperament, conduct under normal circumstances and under stress and his under-lying aspirations. It can thus determine the role of the individual faced with different situations. It also analyzes what can motivate or does not motivate the individual as well as what stimulates him into action or not.

The software will indicate the preferred activities of your member of staff and what really gets him going.
