Situational leadership

Situational Leadership ^® defends the basic idea that one unique style of leadership that is successful under all circumstances, does not exist!  The effectiveness of any style of leadership is determined by the situation and the way in which the leader adapts his style of behaviour to that of the members of staff he is in charge of.
