The ClimaS® program has been developed by MG Consultants as a means for measuring your company's social climate and helping you to deal with social uncertainties .
Starting with an anonymous, multi-criteria survey, this tool measures the degree of satisfaction and the motivation of your members of staff as well as giving an overview of the general opinion of employees. It will also help you to identify the areas of unrest and implement a plan of action to obtain your main objective: peak staff performance.
