About the company


Since1983, MG Consultants has been active on the market in coaching and training in marketing, organization, personal development and human resource management. Intially the company focused on training in the fields of business and marketing, but in 1985 we turned to the organization and management of human resources.  This new opening enabled the company to enlarge its clientele base, up until then exclusively composed of very small companies and SMEs, to much bigger companies and private and public institutions.

MG Consultants prides itself  on revealing and developing talents and considers its missiion is to bring out the best in people and to coach individuals and organizations in the construction of their company strategy and development of operational plans.

MG uses computer programs to ensure a professional service for its clients and to make it stand out from competitors.

Over our numerous years of activity and experience, MG Consultants has developed the following poles:

Centred on the individual
We consider that it is most important to bring on the individual and in particular to respect his rhythm. Some people are ready to advance more quickly than others, some are ready to listen to what we have to say about their personality profile or to use the aids we propose.  Others are not; so respecting the individual is essential. Each one of our training courses is adapted to the context in which it is carried out: the participants, the members of staff, the particular demands of the customer, the period of time available and so on. For example, our working aids are always adapted to the training course and not based on a standard and rigid syllabus.
Partners in getting results
The heart of our job is to get our partners using a methodoloy of action. Our aim is to transfer skills and to make sure our partner is autonomous once we have gone. In preparing our courses, we ask the customer what his specific expectations are and once the training course is over we go back and discuss whether these expectations have been met.

Passionate about learning
Each trainer and consultant takes part regularly in training courses.  We get together once a month to share experiences. Individual coaching is organized on a regular basis by the most experienced members of the company.
